From a family project to our little farm...
Waun Corgam began as part of a home-education project with 12-year-old Travis, learning hands-on about incubation, hatching and caring for animals. Then his six-year-old sister Willow decided what we really needed was simple: more chickens, ducks and quail! One hatch led to another, and what began as a family project gradually grew into Waun Corgam.
Today, the children are very much part of farm life and even the four-legged members have their place in the team. Growing together, Waun Corgam is still growing, and that's part of what makes it special. Profits from the farm are reinvested back into it, improving and helping us expand responsibly. What started as a project and a little girl's wish has become something the whole family is building together.

Everything that leaves this farm is held to the same four standards.
I. Farm-Tested Fertility
Breeding lines are trial-hatched here before hatching eggs are offered for sale.
II. Carefully Packed & Tracked
Eggs are collected fresh, rested, carefully packed by hand and sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24.
III. Collection by Appointment
Live birds are collected from the farm by appointment, with care advice provided at handover
IV. Hatching Support
Species-specific incubation guidance is provided with every hatching egg order.

Our Celadon Coturnix are currently growing here at Waun Corgam and will form one of our specialist breeding lines.
Celadon quail carry the distinctive genetics responsible for their beautiful blue eggs, making them one of the most sought-after Coturnix varieties for colourful egg collections.
Once our breeding group reaches maturity, we will fertility-test the line through our own incubators before offering hatching eggs for sale.
